- Fencing Family is about providing opportunities for anyone to join our sport and feel welcome. It is about opening doors to fencing to ensure that everyone can access it and achieve their own personal goals

- World Leading is about challenging everything we do and seeking to improve to be the best we can. We will benchmark our organisation against the very best governing bodies in the UK and federations globally; we aim to learn from leading businesses and organisations and we will innovate to ensure that fencers are successful on the piste.
