There is no need to download the updates if you are using the PDF version of the Rule Book download from this page as all changes are included in the files below and highlighted in blue in the PDF file.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. Wherever the FIE Rules refer to nationality or country of origin in a context where equity or neutrality are relevant factors, it should be understood that in domestic BFA competitons, these terms should be taken as referring to home country, region, county, club, or otherwise as appropriate.
2. The additional note on Black Cards at the end of the Table of Offences and Penalties at the link below, which moderates the penalties for a Black Card in relation to domestic competitions from the version in the FIE Rules.
