Please find below documents which are required for Youth Trips. These are dated in case any changes are made.
The Chef d'Equipe (CdE) is the lead for each trip and should be the first point of contact in all instances. You should only contact other people if you have been instructed to do so by your Chef d'Equipe.
Fencers need to return 2 KEY DOCUMENTS. One at the beginning of the season (Annual Agreement) and one prior to each trip Fencer Information Form:
1. ANNUAL AGREEMENT - this replaces the need to sign a code of conduct and various other forms during the season. You need only sign this ONCE for the season and send back to Maxine McCombie as above:

This agreement refers to the Fencer Code of Conduct and Penalties for Youth Trips. The fencer Code of Conduct and associated penalties should be read and understood as each fencer must agree to abide by the Code before they will be permitted to travel:

2. FENCER INFORMATION FORM - this should be downloaded, filled in and saved to your computer.This can then be e-mailed with all of the information to Maxine McCombie and your CdE so they have accurate information. We still need one signed for each trip and so please print and sign, or use a scanned version of your signature, and send by e-mail (or post if necessary) to Maxine McCombie and your CdE:

In addition to these 2 key documents above, you will need to download and print off a STATEMENT OF FITNESS form - this needs to be brought with you to give to your Chef d'Equipe at your agreed Entry Point (EP):
