EARLY BIRD OFFER EXTENDED: COACH DEVELOPMENT WEEK 2026

Early bird booking for BF’s 2026 Coach Development Week has been extended to 22nd June at 11.59pm.

Taking place from the 20th to 24th July 2026 at King Edward VI School in Stratford‑upon‑Avon, this flagship week of learning, development, and collaborative coaching practice offers a valuable opportunity to build coaching skills, connect with peers, and learn directly from experienced Coach Developers. The programme features practical workshops, expert insight, and shared community learning.

Register before 22nd June 2026 at 11.59pm to secure the discounted early bird rate.

BF’s annual Coach Development Week will take place once again this year, commencing 20th July at King Edward VI School, Stratford-upon-Avon.

The event brings coaches of all experience levels together for a week of coach development. There is a range of courses on offer, allowing coaches to complete multiple qualifications in one location within the same week. It is always a popular week, and you can read more about last year’s Coach Development Week here.

The specific course dates are:

  • Introduction To Coaching Fencing (ITCF): 20th July 2026 (this is a blended online and face-to-face delivery)
  • Coaching Fencing Level 2: 21st-24th July 2026
  • Weapon-Specific Level 3: 20th-24th July 2026

This year’s Coach Development Week coincides with BF Learning Month, which runs from 23rd July until 21st August.
