In celebration of Volunteers’ Week 2025, we asked members of our community to nominate a volunteer who has made a difference to them. Today’s spotlight is on Peter Wright.
Peter Wright is a coach at Stort Valley Sabre Club.
“He is the driving force behind the entire fencing community around here. My boy has had so my opportunities to enrich his life by being the beneficiary of this. He’s gained new, probably life-long friendships, travelled without his parents to other countries, and learnt so many life lessons under Peter’s mentorship. I couldn’t wish for a better role model for him!”
