Abigail joins as the newest member of BF, as Events and Membership Manager.
Abigail brings a range of experience into the role, from working for a professional sports clubs to working for Commonwealth Games 2022.
After Abigail gained her masters in Sport Management and Leadership, she went on to work as a social value coordinator, creating opportunities for sport engagement and employment development in Birmingham.
This experience led to an opportunity to work at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, where she managed the training venues for hockey, triathlon, and para-triathlon. In this role, she oversaw the facilities and supported the athletes, ensuring they had access to a high-performance training environment.
Following the Games, Abigail joined Bath Rugby as the Grassroots Operations Coordinator, where she led matchday experiences, including U20 Six Nations games and community events. She also supported the coordination of the schools programme, club outreach, and product development initiatives.
