Welfare Concerns – If you wish to report a non-serious concern or a concern where there is no imminent risk to the welfare of a young person or adult at risk, please click here. If you have a serious concern and you believe that a child or adult at risk is at imminent risk in the first instance you must contact the Police or Children/Adult Services in your area and then contact the Lead Safeguarding Officer on the emergency 24hr safeguarding number: 07526 003030 immediately. Our telephone hours for contacting Head Office are:
Monday-Thursday: 09.30 – 15.30, Friday: 09.30 – 14.00, Saturday-Sunday: closed.
We are a small team with only a few staff present in the office to answer the phones. When we are unable to answer your call we have an answering service to record messages received on the main office number. These messages will be dealt with in turn during office hours and forwarded to the member of staff best able to respond to you.

The BF Head Office is based at 1 Baron’s Gate, 33-35 Rothschild Road, London, W4 5HT. We are not accepting visitors at the moment. If you have an essential need to visit our office please email in advance for advice.
