Contact Us

PLEASE NOTE: Following on from the PM’s statement of the 16.03.2020 we are taking appropriate steps to support our staff to work from home and avoid all non essential social contact and travel. This means that we will not have many staff present in the office to answer the phones. We have set up an answering service to record messages received on the main office number. These messages will be dealt with in turn during office hours and forwarded to the member of staff best able to respond to you. We would really appreciate your help to make this process more efficient and in that way allow us to support as many of our members as possible at this time.

Please note:  BF will be closed on the following dates:
12th June
26th June
17th July
31st July
14th August

If you wish to report a concern about the welfare of a young person or adult at risk, please click here.

If you need to contact us, please:

  • Use email instead of calling the Head Office number where possible. If you know the member of staff you need to contact it will be most efficient to email them directly.
  • If you have to call us and leave a message please only leave one message – repeat messages may only create confusion and won’t make our response any faster (especially if we aren’t open!)
  • Please be aware of our reduced opening hours – we recognise it can be frustrating if we aren’t able to answer your call but we will respond as soon as we can.

The BF Head Office is based at 1 Baron’s Gate, 33-35 Rothschild Road, London, W4 5HT. We are not accepting visitors at the moment. If you have an essential need to visit our office please email in advance for advice.

If you wish to report an accident you can find the forms to complete here.
