Contact Us by telephone

If you are unable to email us then please telephone us on 020 8742 3032.

Our telephone hours for contacting Head Office are:
Monday-Thursday: 09.30 – 15.30,  Friday: 09.30 – 14.00, Saturday-Sunday: closed.

We are a small team with only a few staff present in the office to answer the phones. Where we unable to answer your call we have an answering service to record messages received on the main office number. These messages will be dealt with in turn during office hours and forwarded to the member of staff best able to respond to you.

We would really appreciate your help to make this process more efficient and in that way allow us to support as many of our members as possible:

  • If you have to call us and leave a message please only leave one message – repeat messages may only create confusion and won’t make our response any faster (especially if we aren’t open!)
  • Please be aware of our opening hours – we recognise it can be frustrating if we aren’t able to answer your call but we will respond as soon as we can.
