Please note that emails to Head Office will need to be read by a member of staff and re-directed accordingly. It will therefore be quicker to use the contact forms above to ensure that you have provided all the information that we need to direct your query automatically and for the staff to help you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Contact Us by telephone
If you know the person that you are trying to reach, and you are unable to email them we recommend that you call them directly. Almost every member of the team will have a mobile number at the bottom of their email signature which you can use to contact them during working days/hours. When they are unavailable your call will be diverted to voicemail and you can leave a message.
If you do not have the relevant staff contact details, do not know who to contact and cannot use email, please telephone us on the main office number 020 8742 3032. We are a small team working from across the UK, and we may not always have staff available to answer your calls. When we are unable to answer your call we encourage you to leave a message. These messages will be dealt with in turn during office hours and forwarded to the member of staff best able to respond to you. You can speed this process up by contacting staff members directly and using the forms linked above.
We would really appreciate your help to make this process efficient and in that way allow us to support as many of our members as possible:
