FIE World Cup Season continues with Sabre events in Athens and Padua
The senior international season continues on 30th January with a women’s sabre World Cup in Athens and a men’s sabre World Cup in Padua.
Women’s Sabre – Athens
The international senior sabre circuit continues this weekend in Athens. Great Britain will be represented by Katherine Kempe, Bridget Pleasant and Sophie Williams.

Men’s Sabre – Padua
Meanwhile Italy will host a men’s sabre event. Soji Aiyenuro, Michael Clarke, Alex Crutchett, William Deary, Jacob Gander-Compton, James Honeybone, Chris Lawrence, Curtis Miller, Kirk Slankard, Brynmor Saunders and Jonathan Webb will represent Great Britain.
