Amelie Tsang is one of Britain’s top foil talents, having started fencing in 2015. In 2023, she made history as the first British woman ever to win a World Championship title in any category, claiming gold at the Cadet Women’s Foil World Championships in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
Amelie continued her international success by winning bronze at the 2026 Junior European Championships in Tbilisi, confirming her status as one of Europe’s leading junior foilists.
Domestically, Amelie has established herself as the dominant force in women’s foil. She has held the British Senior National title over the last three consecutive years, having defended her title again in 2024 and 2025 after initially winning it in 2023.
She is also the current Junior National Champion, reflecting her consistency across age groups.
