With only one nomination received for the post of Director, Tabatha Barton has been deemed elected to the Board to take office from the next AGM
Only one nomination for the post of Director was received by BF so there is no requirement for an election.
In accordance with Bye Law VI.6(a) & (b), therefore, Tabatha Barton has been deemed elected to the Board with effect from Monday 16th August, but will actually take office from the conclusion of the next AGM, which is currently expected to be held in October 2022 (date to be confirmed).
