EFC U23 ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – CLARIFICATION

For those who meet the selection policy entry requirements and wish to attend the EFC U23 events in 2025.

If you meet the entry requirements listed below and would like to be considered for these events, please complete this form.

To be entitled to enter, athletes must be a minimum age of 18 years at the date of the event and be in the:

• Top thirty (30) ranked athletes in the British Under 23 Ranking at the time of entry opening or,
• Top twenty-five (25) ranked athletes in the British Junior Ranking at the time of entry opening.

If an athlete falls below the standard lower age limit but has been selected, their participation will already have been authorised by the Pathway Team. For individual entry requests, the Pathway Team will assess each application on a case-by-case basis.

Athletes must also meet the general eligibility requirements as set out in section 6.1 of the selection policy.

BF may designate these events for GBR selection, but this does not preclude eligible athletes from attending. Their performances will be recorded on the same basis as those of selected athletes.
