THE HELPLINE WILL FUNCTION AS SUCH:

1. Activation: September 19th 2014 (1st Competition of the 2014-2015 season)

2. End of service: last competition of the 2014-2015 season

3. Working days: Saturdays and Sundays only

4. Hours of operation: Saturday 08:00-17:00 Lausanne time, Sunday 08:00-12:00 Lausanne time.

5. The Helpline will not be in service on the following dates:

• December 20th, 21st, 27th, 28th 2014 (no FIE competition)
• January 3rd, 4th 2014 (no FIE competition)
• February 28th-March 1st 2015 (no FIE competition)
• During the Cadet, Junior and Senior Wolrd Championships (the FIE will already be onsite)

7. Competition registrations are governed solely by the FIE Rules (Articles o.53 and o.54), which provide no exceptions or exemptions. The Rules must be strictly enforced and the Helpline will not in any way aid exemption requests.

As a reminder, and in accordance with Article 9.5.3 of the FIE Administrative Rules, the supervisor for each competition has final authority in regards to:

–       application and interpretation of the Rules, Statutes and Administrative Rules;

–       cases explored within and beyond these documents.
