Senior Men’s Foil World Cup – Paris
Eleven British fencers lined up in a field of two hundred and fifty-three in Paris, France at the weekend. Richard Kruse achieved the best result by making the quarterfinals and placing sixth.
A field of thirty took part in the team event including Great Britain. Keith Cook, James-Andrew Davis, Marcus Mepstead and Ben Peggs finished a creditable ninth.

Junior Men’s Sabre World Cup – Phoenix
Four British fencers took part in this event amongst a field of eighty-four. James Edwards was the pick of the bunch as he made the quarterfinals, placing seventh. The British finished fifth in the team event.

Junior Women’s Sabre World Cup – Segovia
Four more British fencers took part in this event amongst a field of one hundred and thirty. Caitlin Maxwell achieved the best result by making the quarterfinals and finishing eighth. In the team event, Great Britain finished tenth in a field of fifteen.

U17 Men’s Epee EFC Circuit – Copenhagen
There were fifteen British entries amongst a field of one hundred and twelve in Denmark at the weekend. Joshua Willcox and Benjamin Andrews were the highest ranked at the end, making the quarterfinals and finishing fifth and sixth respectively.
There were four British entries into the team event amongst a field of twenty-one. GBR 1 (Jacob Foulsham, Ethan Kew, Nathan Grimshaw and Edward Scott Payne) fared the best by making the quarterfinals and finishing seventh.

U17 Women’s Epee EFC Circuit – Copenhagen
The field of eighty-eight in the women’s event included another fifteen British entries. Avery Louis achieved the best result by fighting her way to the bronze medal.
There were fifteen entries in the team event including four from Great Britain. GBR 3 (Abagael Black, Eva Reston and Isabella Summers) had a great day, beating number one seeds Italy, on their way to the bronze medal.

There were one hundred and ninety-three fencers in this event including fourteen from Britain. Samuel Blair and Harry Gray were the top finishers, making the round of 64.

Thirteen British fencers lined up in the women’s event in a field of one hundred and sixty-three. Emily Beardmore got the best result by making the round of 64.
