Advertise your competition on the British Fencing website

British Fencing is pleased to announce the launch of a new advertising service for competition organisers which is now available on our website.

Whilst we recognise the valuable advertising service provided in our official magazine, The Sword, which will continue unchanged, we have taken on feedback from competition organisers that a lower-cost option would be welcomed.  As such we have launched advertising options on our website with a minimum timeframe of one month.  For more information on the charges please see below.

Speaking about the new service, British Fencing’s Communication Officer, Karim Bashir said; “We hope this new advertising option allows many more competitions to spread the word about their events.  I would like to thank Heather Jarrold (Essex Open Organising Committee) for all of her support in getting this scheme up and running.  Her input has been invaluable and congratulations to the Essex Open on being the first competition to use this service.”

Competitions in 2014 which have already been posted on the British Fencing website calendar will remain listed at no charge.  However, additional advertising for those events will be charged for.  We will contact event organisers who have already posted their 2015 competitions in the calendar soon to discuss their options.
