British Fencing is the National Governing Body for the Olympic Sport of Fencing and is positioning itself at the leading edge of NGB participation work through innovative and insight-led strategies to drive sustainable participation

The purpose of this role is to:

1. Review the existing Development services and products to identify and deliver improvements that will create the right portfolio for British Fencing’s customers that is sustainable, financially resilient and supports the delivery of the British Fencing participation strategy
2. Project manage a small number of development projects to increase participation

Reporting in to the Development Director the Participation Business Manager will be responsible for working closely with the Development team and with other colleagues  across the organisation.
