RAISED PISTES – BF SAFETY COMMITTEE NOTICE

Following recent accidents at international competitions, any competition organiser in the UK that wishes to use a raised piste for anything other than Wheelchair/seated fencing must contact BF prior to using this setup for a safety review.

Organisers should contact BF via [email protected].

Further Reminders: as always, the Safety Committee reminds:

• All fencers that they have a duty of care to each of their opponents.
• Everyone involved in fencing that all accidents, injuries, medical incidents and near-misses should be reported using the BF online report form available here.
