The BF Office will close this year at 12pm on Wednesday 24th December, reopening on Monday 5th January 2026.
During this time, the team will be taking their annual leave, spending time with their families and friends. The contact forms on our Contact Us page can still be used during this time, however, we ask that all enquiries are sent in with consideration for the break. A request received just before the break may be responded to in January.
Exceptions:
Safeguarding reports will be monitored and responded to as appropriate, however in the case of Urgent/Serious/Imminent Risk please call the police or local child/adult services.
Genuine ‘urgent’ emergencies (flagged as such on the contact form) will be triaged to a member of the team. Please consider carefully if your issue or request is genuinely ‘urgent’ and needs a team member to respond during their time off, or if it can wait for the return in January.
