Jess Pearce joins the BF Partnerships Team as Partnerships Manager.
Jess Pearce has joined BF as Partnerships Manager, bringing an array of experiences from sporting bodies, funders and global events to support the growth of partnership opportunities and creating a sustainable future.
Jess Pearce has joined as Partnerships Manager to further strengthen the BF Partnerships Team. With over ten years of experience in partnership development, Jess brings a strong track record of building and managing strategic relationships that drive sustainability, contributing to BF’s strategic objectives.
Prior to joining, Jess worked at British Gymnastics, developing and growing the partner programme with both leisure providers and across the school sport sector with a focus on developing high quality experiences for participants and continued growth of the sport. Personally, Jess has been involved in sport from a young age in a variety of roles as an athlete, coach and official and is passionate about creating positive experiences to keep young people in sport for life.
