Competition Date: 26th-27th June 2026
Deadline to accept the invitation and make full payment on Sport80: 4 Days (96 hours) from invitation. Sport:80 invitations will be sent from Thursday 21st May 2026.

EFC Licence
To compete in this competition, you need a valid EFC licence for the 2025-26 season. You must apply for this via Sport80 before accepting your place at this event.
Please go to bf.sport80.com – log in using your membership login details; click on the International Licences tab and follow the directions for an EFC licence.
Eligibility
Eligibility criteria has been carried out in accordance with the details provided in the 2026 EFC U14 Festival selection information post. All selections are subject to possession of a British passport/certificate of British Citizenship, see GBR eligibility here.
Accommodation, Travel & Transfers
Parents are responsible for these arrangements per the standard U14 and U17 EFC circuit events.
However, the EFC requires accreditation for their event, and fencers must participate in the opening ceremony (see schedule below), which must be factored into travel arrangements.

The appeal window is open from 19th May to 23:59 on Wednesday 20th May.
Acceptance Emails
These will be sent out from the Sport:80 platform from Thursday 21st May (subject to appeal). The deadline to accept the invitation and make full payment on Sport:80 is 4 days (96 hours) from the receipt of the invitation.
Codes of Conduct
All BF Codes of Conduct apply to athletes, parents, coaches, and officials, and attention is drawn in particular to the Code of Conduct for Youth Events.

Accredited Personal Coaches
If you wish to apply to attend in the capacity of a personal coach, you must register in advance with BF. Personal Coaches must apply for accreditation to each event using the following form. As a reminder, personal coaches must not coach against fellow GBR fencers during international competitions.
All coaches, including personal coaches, must be on the BF Coaching Register.
Additional Requirements from Organisers
Please note the variation in the equipment rules and ensure that your equipment meets the required standards.
Coaches must hold a valid EFC Coaching licence and wear a full GBR tracksuit.
Kit and Equipment
All equipment must meet FIE safety standards and be checked ahead of the event. Blade size must follow U14 regulations and be size 5, consistent with the U14 Circuit.
All athletes must wear their country or club tracksuit (jacket and trousers) on the podium, in line with EFC protocol. Alternatively, fencers can purchase and wear the GBR development range – link to purchase here.
