BETH DAVIDSON & DOMINIQUE SZOKOLOVICS JOIN WOMEN’S COACHING PROGRAMME

Congratulations to ADP Coaches Beth Davidson and Dominique Szokolovics on being accepted to the prestigious UK Coaching Women’s Coaching Programme, funded by UK Sport.

Aimed at female coaches working within identified clubs, universities or at regional and national levels in Assistant or Head Coach roles, the Women’s Coaching Programme offers support to female coaches aspiring to progress within their sport’s talent and performance pathway.

The programme is delivered by UK Coaching and aims to:

  • Provide opportunities for female coaches to connect and build their network of support.
  • Provide opportunities to share experiences and challenge thinking.
  • Develop knowledge, skills, and coaching behaviours for coaching in a talent and performance pathway environment.

Steve Kemp, Head Of Pathways at British Fencing said, “The programme was well subscribed and to have two coaches accepted onto the programme is testament to the quality of application they submitted. The opportunity to work with 18 other coaches from twelve other sports is great and I look forward to hearing about the programme as it develops.”

In total, 20 coaches from 13 sports have been welcomed onto the four-month programme running from December 2021 to March 2022. More information on the full cohort is available here.
