BF CHARITY SEEKS INDEPENDENT TRUSTEES

The BF Charity is seeking two independent trustees with expertise in Charitable Law, Finance or Accounting who can contribute to making a strategic impact and help shape the future plans of the charity.

Closing date: Midnight Saturday 1st October 2022

ABOUT THE ROLE

The BF Charity is seeking two volunteer independent* trustees with expertise in Charitable Law, Finance or Accounting who can contribute to making a strategic impact and help shape the future plans of the charity.

We welcome applicants with and without fencing experience and from a diverse set of backgrounds.

ABOUT THE BF CHARITY

The British Fencing Charitable Fund is a separate organisation from BF, registered with the Charity Commission, Charity number: 1162476.

The Charitable Fund actively supports the development of fencing and aims to diversify participation by providing financial and other support to encourage and nurture the talent of the future. In addition, the Fund supports strategic partnership projects and programmes designed to sustainably grow participation with a focus on increasing inclusion and diversity and maximise the positive impact that fencing can have on people’s lives.

Run by volunteers, we rely entirely on donations, the majority of which comes from members of our fencing community. More information about the BF Charity can be found here.
