Due to an upcoming retirement, BF is seeking to appoint a new Head Office Manager.

British Fencing (BF) – the National Governing Body for the Olympic Sport of Fencing – is seeking to appoint a new Head Office Manager. Working closely with the CEO, this highly important role provides expert overall management of the BF Head Office and operations in Chiswick and fulfils all administrative requirements at both executive and board level. In addition, the role provides pivotal support and point-of-contact services to all members and key stakeholders across the Home Countries and at International Governing Body level.

This is an opportunity to become an essential and integral part of a highly engaged and ambitious NGB, helping it reach its long-term objectives of achieving success at national and international level, and of building a stronger, empowered fencing community across the country.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in head office management and significant experience in working at executive/board level, and in customer-facing situations. They will have particularly strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
