CANCELLATION OF CADET EPEE AND FOIL ‘A’ BRC 8-9th JANUARY 2022

Following a review of the risk assessment and in light of changing restrictions across the UK, the Cadet Epee and Foil ‘A’ BRC has been cancelled.

The Cadet Epee and Foil ‘A’ BRC was due to be held at the Manchester Fencing Centre on 8-9th January 2022.

In light of the recent changing restrictions in parts of the UK and concerns over the increase in case numbers, BF has been updating and reviewing risk assessments of upcoming competition activity.

As a result, the decision has been made to cancel the event, prioritising the health and safety of all those that were due to attend the event, including Athletes, Referees, Event Staff, Coaches, and Parents/Spectators.

Athletes who have entered the event will be refunded their entry fee and have also received this message directly.

Please note, the BF office will be closed from the 24th December until 4th January 2022.
