Bookings are open for the new Level 1 BF Coach Education course in NE.
A new Introduction to Coaching Fencing (ITCF) course is scheduled for the 9th and 10th of April 2022 in Durham (exact location to be confirmed soon).
The course was developed for those with fencing experience who wish to start coaching, and also people who have an interest in working in a community setting, providing those first fencing experiences. The course will provide delegates with the skills and knowledge to deliver group sessions developing the basic skills of fencing.
Who should attend?
People from clubs and organisations with fencing experience, who are confident with the fencing actions.
Pre-requisites to attend the course
The course is based on a modular approach with a combination of theoretical and practical content. The course consists of 2 days (16 hours) plus home study – Approximately 20 hours total
