My Coaching Philosophy
Fencing is a fantastic opportunity to stretch mind and body at the same time - it's chess and running at the same time. My aim for everyone I work with , whether in a group or individual setting or as a beginner or experienced fencer, to leave feeling challenged, having or practiced new skills and felt fully involved in the process too. And enjoyed the session too.
