My Coaching Philosophy
My philosophy is to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where every athlete can develop their skills character, and build confidence. Safety—both physical and emotional—is always my top priority. I believe in teaching respect for opponents, and for oneself, and I value personal growth over medals, knowing that winning comes from consistent learning. I aim to develop not only good people but also good athletes, capable of competing with skill, and discipline, in fencing and other sports they choose to pursue.
