My Coaching Philosophy
I believe that coaching is about making a difference - working in partnership to achieve success and positive outcomes for all participants. To me, the 'how' matters, acknowledging that choosing the right path may be the more difficult path. I believe in learning and sharing knowledge, hard work and mutual respect. Above all, at all levels, sport should be safe and fun.

In order for a coach to show on the register we confirm that they meet *minimum* eligibility standards - in terms of suitable criminal record checks, minimum safeguarding training, and minimum entry level coaching qualifications. For more information on minimum standards please see here.

BF does not currently provide an additional verification process in relation to the other information supplied by coaches which shows above. Coaches can choose to provide as much or as little detail as they wish. However, if you have any concerns in relation to the information a coach is providing on the register you can contact us here.

Coaches are encouraged to work within their qualifications and competencies, and if they don't, they are not insured. For more information click here.
