My Coaching Philosophy
Overall my main intention is to support the development and growth of people in sport, henceforth enabling them to achieve excellence. I support individuals to see beyond the sport, providing opportunities for coaches and fencers to develop not just their fencing skills, but also themselves as a whole. This is achieved by listening to individuals, nurturing and supporting them in order to empower them to achieve their own objectives and outcomes, and/or create social change within their communities.
