My Coaching Philosophy
My coaching philosophy is simple: It's grounded in respect, trust, and a deep belief in every athlete's potential.

I create a performance space where athletes feel safe taking risks, making mistakes, and growing. It’s also one built on empathy, approachability, and mutual respect.

I listen, adapt, and work with athletes on their journey to challenge them to learn faster, push further, and think deeper.

Athlete-centred coaching means more than just performance—understanding the person behind the athlete. I’m driven to create positive, meaningful experiences that align with each individual’s objectives. I focus on practical application, real progress, and shared outcomes.

I’m passionate about fencing—and I believe that when we share that passion, stay honest, and commit to learning together, we create something powerful and meaningful.
