My Coaching Philosophy
1. What motivates you as a coach?
I want to aid in the development and improvement of fencing knowledge/skills. I wish to help aid participation and engagement in fencing. I want to help support the running and continuation of my club and the sport in general. I want to use up to date coaching practices and coach up to date techniques/ skills.



2. How do you want to impact others?
I wish people to enjoy fencing, and increase participation and engagement in the sport. I hope to support fencers development and improvement of skills.



3. What do you want your coaching to look like in 5 years time?
I wish to stay up to date with fencing and coaching practices and skills. I hope to have increased knowledge and experience and greater in practice coaching experience. I hope to gain insight from other coaches
