My Coaching Philosophy
My philosophy is to learn about my athlete- not every athlete responds to the same method of learning or communication. Then together we put together the plan to help them reach their sporting goals. However I think coaches teach much more than just sport so I want to help my athletes learn to be (amongst other things) kind, supportive, confident and self-sufficient, traits and attributes that will serve them in life outside of sport.
I always try and provide an opportunity to develop their skills and create a learning environment that is constantly challenging and enjoyable.”
