My Coaching Philosophy
As a community/development coach, my philosophy is to expose younger athletes to the sport of fencing in a way that inspires them. But also gives those who want to go further a platform of fundamental skills from which they can take their fencing to the highest level.
As an experienced international athlete I understand the necessity for strong foundations and as such, I always endeavour to ensure that all of my pupils have a strong understanding of the many facets to fencing.
Having worked with many experienced coaches I have accumulated many exercises and games which I use to keep my sessions fresh and fun for all of my students.
