COMMUNITY DISCUSSION EVENT SUMMARY: CLUB ADMINISTRATORS

The first Community Discussion Event of the year was held on Thursday 30th January.

British Fencing thanks all members who attended the event.

The session included a presentation of features of the membership platform. The presentation included information on the new membership checker for club administrators and event organisers.

The new tool, which is accessed through the membership platform, can be used by administrators to see the validity, membership type and expiry date of memberships.

The session also covered an overview of the transfers and affiliations areas and an overview of club roles on the platform. The presentation slides can be found here:  Community Discussion Event January 2025 Summary Slides

Thursday 13th February 2025 12 & 6pm – Community Discussion Event – Event Organisers – Managing Regional Events (BYC Qualifiers and Regional Championships)

Wednesday 2nd April 2025 12pm & 6pm – Community Discussion Event – Club Admins – Managing your Club (Club Documents and Policies)

Thursday 3rd April 2025 12pm & 6pm – Community Discussion Event – Welfare Officers & Event Welfare Officers

Monday 21st April 2025 12pm & 6pm – Community Discussion Event – Preparing your fencer for the BYCs (Families and Coaches)
