GBR Pathway Coach Daniel Robinson has been selected for the prestigious UK Coaching Programme.
Daniel Robinson, who supports the GBR Pathway, has been selected as just one of 22 coaches from across all sports for UK Coaching’s Performance Pathway Coaching Programme.
The programme takes place over nine months and is a blend of workshops and coach developer support. In addition, Daniel will have the opportunity to connect, collaborate and learn from other sports, receive one-to-one coach development support and expand his current work and coaching practice.
Daniel commented:
“I’m honoured to have been selected onto the UK Coaching Performance Pathway Programme. It’s an exciting opportunity to develop my coaching practice and learn from other coaches from different sports. I am looking forward to bringing new insights back to British Fencing and continuing to support our athletes on their performance journey.”
BF’s Coaching & Workforce Development Manager, Chris Turner, said:
“Congratulations to Dan for being selected for this UK Coaching initiative and we’re looking forward to supporting him through his learning journey. The programme will complement Dan’s involvement in our Advanced Coaching Programme. I’m looking forward to working with Dan to share his learnings.”
We wish Dan all the best with this programme of learning.
