DONATE YOUR KIT AT THE 2026 BRITISH YOUTH CHAMPIONSHIPS

As part of BF’s commitment to environmental sustainability, we invite all fencers and coaches to donate surplus fencing kit at the 2026 BYCs. This includes any fencing kit of any quality, so old and in need of repair is still welcome.

Several people are looking at an environmental sustainability stand, which features signage and old fencing equipment.

If you have anything to donate, please bring it to the environmental sustainability stand at the British Youth Championships in Sheffield on the 2nd-4th May 2026.

All kit will be checked and anything in need of refurbishment will go to Leon Paul.

Unsafe kit that can’t be repaired will either be rejected or taken away to be recycled in some way. Kit that does not meet the current safety requirements will be disposed of, recycling anything useable where possible.

Talk to Neil Brown ([email protected]) or Clare Halsted ([email protected]) for more information about BF’s environmental plans.

We will also invite you to take any donated equipment that you can reuse or repurpose. All we ask is a donation to the British Fencing Charity. Donations will be used to support our environmental sustainability activities.
