MAIN PURPOSE:
During the 18 month contract, the Equality & Safeguarding Manager (ESM) will complete project work and manage British Fencing activities in the areas of equality and diversity, and the safeguarding and protection of children and vulnerable adults. The ESM will operate at a senior level, supporting the BF CEO and Board, and representing BF and the sport of Fencing.
