The Regional Fencing Centre Durham is hosting three, weapon specific 1 day workshops for fencing coaches who wish to improve their coaching and teaching techniques in foil, epee and sabre.

Each session will be both theoretical and practical, covering aspects such as correcting mistakes, progressing fencers from beginner to competition, tactics, fencing games and many other coaching situations!

This programme is being lead by Prof. Laszlo Jakab who has coached fencers for over 30 years, with gold medallists at National, European, World and Olympic levels. Laszlo has also directed Hungarian coaching courses in France, Thailand and China.
