All GBR development programmes are founded on the BF values of Honesty, Respect and Excellence and extended to include the values of Accountability and Teamwork. These values are expected to be shared and demonstrated by everyone that participates in the GBR programmes – irrespective of whether they are staff, coaches, athletes, team managers, referees etc.
