Arrival & Departure – As for all Major Championships, fencers are expected to arrive at least three days before the competition to ensure they have two full days clear prior to competing.  For example, if competing on Saturday, athletes should arrive at  the hotel at the latest by Wednesday evening. Departure is the day after the event.

 

Travel with Minors

  • Minors Accompanied by Adult – If a child under the age of 18 is travelling with someone who is not a parent or a legal guardian, the supervising adult must have a written and signed statement certifying that she/he has parental consent for the child.

Official Tracksuits

If you do not have the official tracksuit for the 2024 Cadet and Junior European and World Championships, we will be in contact to arrange the kit order.

More information about which tracksuit you need, vouchers and how to order additional kit here. 

As a reminder in accordance with the FIE rules the Official National Tracksuit must be worn in full on podiums. (No club tracksuits, cycling shorts, leggings etc)

 

Patches/Logos

It is your responsibility to ensure your kit has the correct logos/patches and your equipment meets FIE standards.

As part of the terms of the Leon Paul sponsorship arrangement, all athletes competing are required to wear a Leon Paul logo.
