Registration is open for several live sessions hosted by the International Fencing Research Committee during their inaugural 2026 Conference. The event is supported by BF Learning Month, taking place between 23rd July and 21st August.
The 2026 International Fencing Research Committee (IFRC) Conference is taking place on 23rd-30th July, and will open BF Learning Month. The IFRC is a global online forum that brings together researchers, sport scientists, athletes and coaches to advance the science of fencing. Conference subjects range from pedagogy to performance, physiology to the future of fencing.
There are several live sessions to sign up for, including:
Developing a consensus statement on heat and environmental conditions in fencing: an adapted Delphi study
