To enter the Manchester EFC event, fencers must have entered the Cadet Nationals hosted at the University of Nottingham on 17th September 2022.

Entry numbers at the Cadet Nationals are CMF 64 and CWF 50.

Selection opportunities will be made to those eligible athletes based on the ranking locked on September 6th 2022.

Members who represent other EFC member nations must enter via that federation.

The London Cup 2022 event.  (6 November 2022)

The London Cup has recently had approval as an EFC U23 event for 2022.

As in previous years, this event has operated as an Open event where we are not running a selection process for the right to enter.

Eligibility rules will still be in place.

Athletes must have attended one of the following events:

  • Senior, U23 or Junior National Championships,
  • be granted exemption from those events if they could not attend,
  • eligible to compete for GBR.
  • hold a current BF Compete Membership

Although an EFC U23, the event is open to all ages eligible to fence at Senior Competitions on the day of the competition.
Senior and Under 23 Rankings points will be awarded following 3.3.6 of the Ranking Scheme and treated as an international competition.

This event is not nominated for BF Junior Ranking points.

Entries will be accepted via the Sport80 platform where a full BF Compete membership and EFC licenses will be required to enter the event. Completed entries will then be entered via the EFC platform during the entry window.

Members who represent other EFC member nations must enter via that federation.
