On-Demand Coaching Courses

What is it?

An offer to allow you to organise courses on dates of your choice in an environment that suits the needs of the candidates.

As long as all the course content is covered, and the candidate is given the same minimum number of hours of coaching per course type as they would on a BF run course the format can vary.

This means that you can run courses over several weeks in a club environment rather than over one or two days/weekends.

It also means that you can set the cost of the course for candidates.

The maximum number of candidates per course will be 12.

Step-by-step guide to delivering a course

  1. The course organiser will send a request to the BF Workforce Development team.
  2. BF will invoice a deposit of £100.
  3. The course organiser will pay the deposit.
  4. The course organiser will log candidate information.
  5. The course will be delivered.
  6. The course deliverer will upload the candidates’ results with supporting documentation.
  7. BF will invoice the course organiser.
  8. Course organiser will pay the invoice.
  9. BF will send the e-certificates to candidates and log them on Sport:80.

How much do I need to pay BF?

There will be a charge per candidate but no other hidden costs.

The charge per candidate includes the course manual and time from BF staff to support the delivery and administration of the course.

This cost also reflects the investment by BF in creating the course content, supporting materials. It also reflects the training and ongoing support to course deliverers, as well as the support and services we provide to and for coaches.
