
BF is supporting Mental Health Awareness Week, taking place between the 11th and 17th May 2026. This year’s theme is ‘action’.

Since 2001, the Mental Health Foundation has been bringing people across the UK for Mental Health Awareness Week, and promoting good mental health and wellbeing.
The theme for this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week is ‘action’, and we’re asking people to join us in taking action to support good mental health. Even small actions can help us feel hopeful and less powerless. And while our individual actions matter, when we come together we are even more powerful.
