Olivia Harper has joined BF as Commercial Officer, bringing an array of experiences from sporting bodies, funders and global events to support the growth of partnership opportunities and creating a sustainable future.
Olivia joins BF after her time with Commonwealth Games England, where she worked closely with stakeholders and funded athletes, while strengthening her operational and project management expertise. She also brings experience from Sport England’s Talent team, where she contributed to the delivery of athlete-led events that fostered stronger connections between National Governing Bodies (NGBs), local communities and athletes.
Originally from California, Olivia will join the Partnership Team led by Harry Brown, where she aims to leverage her passion for sport and experience across both the US and UK sectors to support and grow BF’s partnerships. Having previously worked with Olympic and Paralympic sport in the United States, she is excited to rejoin the Olympic movement and work with the BF team in the build-up to LA 2028.
