UK COACHING WEEK 2025

Between the 2nd and 8th June 2025 is UK Coaching Week, UK Coaching’s annual campaign celebrating the coaches in the sporting community.

UK Coaching are celebrating the power of great coaching guidance by encouraging coaches, organisations and the public to #PassItOn.

There are multiple ways that our members can get involved:

For coaches:

• Pass on your best coaching advice! Share the words of wisdom that shaped your coaching journey and profoundly impacted the individuals you coached.
• Engage with #UKCoachingWeek by taking part in the discussions, sharing stories, and inspiring others.

For organisations and clubs:

• Become a UK Coaching Week Official Partner for free! Show your support for great coaching. Get in touch for more details.
• Share coaching success stories from your organisation, and your coaches’ best advice and tag us in.

For the public:

• Got a coach who made a difference in your life? Say thank you! Share a post or video about how their advice helped you.
• Engage with the campaign – like, comment, and reshare #UKCoachingWeek content.
• Use #UKCoachingWeek and #PassItOn to spread positivity and celebrate great coaching.

There are also a number of daily themes. Click on the links below to access more resources:

• Monday: Coaching the person in front of you. Focusing on the importance of understanding and meeting the unique needs and motivations of each individual.
• Tuesday: The art of effective communication. Sharing how great conversations, with engaging, clear, and empathetic communication, can transform the coaching experience.
• Wednesday: Women in coaching. Celebrating the journeys, invaluable advice and leadership of inspiring female coaches.
• Thursday: Lifelong learning in coaching. Embracing the importance of continuous growth and education to become a better coach.
• Friday: Building confidence. Demonstrating the power of great coaching to build self-esteem, resilience, and belief in people.
• Saturday: Inspiring change. Spotlighting coaches driving diversity, inclusion, and positive societal impact through sport.
• Sunday: Celebrating success. Sharing the achievements and progress made through great coaching.
