WELFARE COURSES TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2022/23

Bookings for British Fencing Courses will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.

PLEASE NOTE your booking will NOT be confirmed unless payment for the full amount has been received. Payment must be received before commencement of the course.

You take full responsibility for ensuring you truthfully meet the criteria above. If you have any issues with payment for a course, then please contact us here. Full details about the online renewal course and instructions on how to sign in to British Fencing’s LearningZone will be sent out prior to the commencement of the course.

After sending your details through the booking form, you allow BF to use your first name, surname, and email address to send to the course organiser Liz Behnke who will then send you the Zoom log in details for the online training event.

Your course contact will be Liz Behnke and any questions or queries about the course pre, during or post course should be made directly to [email protected]. If you have any difficulties with accessing information from the course organiser then please use this ‘Contact Us’ form here that will go straight to the BF team.

Once you have completed the course your certificate will be uploaded in to Sport80 membership management system. You can access this system here.

Cancellation: Once a confirmed booking has been made, cancellation terms apply, in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act (2014):

• You can cancel your booking within a 14-day cooling-off period from when the transaction has been completed
• A full refund will be issued if:

• You have requested it within the 14-day cooling-off period
• You have not completed or attempted to complete the course and any tests

In the event where British Fencing must cancel or postpone a course for any reason, we will offer you a full refund of the amount paid or invite you to choose another available course/event.

British Fencing will not be held accountable for any costs incurred for your participation on this course in the event the course is withdrawn or rescheduled.
