En Garde, Ready? is British Fencing’s Training Course to introduce clubs and volunteers to it’s welfare policies and guidelines. It examines the role of a Welfare Officer and how they fit into the wider safeguarding agenda.
It is designed to help clubs create a series of policies and procedures based on British Fencing’s welfare policies and procedures for their own uses, that are based on best practice and in line with current legislation.
