The Entry Fee Support Scheme is now open for the 2026 British Cadet (U17) & Junior (U20) National Championships, DEU Ratings Event – Epee, and U14 A BRC – Epee & Sabre. Applications close 5th August, 5pm.
BF is mindful of the rising costs of attending fencing events and the potential barrier to participation this creates for some members of our community.
The Entry Fee Support Scheme offers a limited number of free entries to BF events. Places are offered based on financial need, not on ability, and cover 100% of the entry fee cost.
Applications are open for fencers competing in events taking place on 12th-13th September 2026 in Nottingham. This includes:
Applications must be completed per athlete. For multiple athletes from one household, please complete separate application forms.
Application deadline: Wednesday 5th August 2026, 5pm.
All applicants will be told the outcome of their application by close of play on Friday 7th August 2026.
Applicants will then be contacted by the BF Events Team with further information on how to enter the event.
