Gold Medal Matches to be Live Streamed on British Fencing TV

British Fencing is delighted to announce that the individual gold medal matches from the 2015 Beazley British Championships will be live streamed on our dedicated YouTube channel, BritishFencingTV.

It is the first time that a live streaming solution has been employed at a major domestic event in the UK and Horizon TV will be managing the broadcast.  Having provided the online broadcast of the 2011 Senior European Championships at the same venue in Sheffield, Horizon in conjunction with British Fencing will ensure that those that cannot attend the event in person will be able to see each and every title winning match online live for free.

Due to venue restrictions the coverage will be delivered in SD rather than HD and all coverage will come from the finals piste only on Saturday.  The first final will be broadcast at 12.45pm (Women’s Sabre) and whilst there is no guarantee, some earlier fights in other events may be broadcast if they are held on the finals piste.
