The BF Board seeks member feedback on the development of the 2030 British Fencing Strategy
Feedback Form – closes 15th May
Dear Fencing Community,
As the Board of British Fencing, we are really keen to promote engagement with the proposed new 5-year strategy. Over the course of the past few months, the Board has been working closely with the Executive to identify a few clear priorities that will shape British Fencing’s work over the next five years.
As a first step of what we hope will be sustained engagement with these priorities, we would like to solicit feedback from across the fencing community – fencers, coaches, parents, referees and other supporters – on the core elements of the emerging strategy.
As you can see, there are five main goals (and below that a number of sub-priorities shown in the full strategy here).
Our 2030 Strategic Goals:
More details on the content behind these goals can be found on the British Fencing website.
We are very interested to understand what it is that resonates with you and what does not. There is of course much more work to be done to deliver on our priorities, but before we proceed any further, we would really like to hear back from you using the feedback form here. The closing date for getting back to us is Thursday 15th May.
Your thoughts and contributions are very important to us, as we work to deliver a set of priorities that can drive our sport forward.
Many thanks,
Sara Pantuliano, Chair BF
On behalf of the British Fencing Board
